10/22 Ricotta Dumplings w/ Red Pepper Sauce & Fresh Greens Class Ticket

Join us for a hands-on, Italian-inspiried cooking class! You'll learn the essential techniques to make Ricotta Cheese Dumplings and a fresh Red Pepper and Tomato Sauce. Instructor Wendy Cox will also guide you through creating a delicious Orange and Avocado side salad dressed with a Citrus Vinaigrette. Don't miss out on this fun night of practicing cooking skills, socializing, and enjoying a tasty meal at the end! 

Skills featured in the class:

• Using a food processor and an immersion blender.
• Cooking dumplings in simmering water.
• Knife skills using both an 8" chef's knife and a paring knife.
• Vinaigrette emulsion techniques.

Optional Wine Pairing: Enhance your class experience with an optional wine pairing available for an additional $25 per person, available for purchase the day of class. Must be 21+ to purchase and consume alcohol.
