Bring your sourdough skills to the brunch table! In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to turn your starter and discard into a few delicious brunch favorites, including fluffy English muffins and sourdough discard pancakes.

We’ll work through the techniques for making each recipe, from creating perfectly golden English muffins to getting the most out of your sourdough discard. We’ll finish class with a lesson on making a rich, creamy whipped honey butter—the perfect finishing touch for everything on the table.

Come ready to bake, learn, and enjoy a brunch-inspired spread made from scratch. You’ll leave with new recipes, techniques, and plenty of inspiration for your next weekend brunch at home.
