At Iron & Sage, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

Return Policy

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt.

• After 30 days, or without a receipt, returns will be issued as store credit in the form of a gift card.

• Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Customers will be notified at the time of purchase, and receipts for final sale items will be marked accordingly.

Returns Without a Receipt

If you do not have your receipt, our team may still be able to locate the purchase through our inventory and sales records. Store credit will be issued for the item’s lowest recent selling price. Please note that only the returned merchandise will be credited; services such as gift wrapping are non-refundable.
