10/29 French Cooking Techniques Class Ticket

Discover the beauty of simple French cooking in this approachable, hands-on class. You’ll learn the classic technique of en papillote, a method of cooking food in a parchment pouch. We'll layer julienned vegetables, wild cod, and a compound butter in a sealed packet that locks in flavor and creates an incredibly flavorful, beautifully cooked dish.

We'll also prepare a fragrant herbed quinoa, learning techniques that are simple enough for a weeknight but impressive enough for entertaining.

This class is all about building confidence in the kitchen while creating an elegant meal from simple, fresh ingredients.

All participants will receive a one-night-only 10% discount on any purchase made that night! (Some exclusions apply)

Optional Wine Pairing: Enhance your class experience with an optional wine pairing available for an additional $25 per person, available for purchase the day of class. Must be 21+ to purchase and consume alcohol.
